First of all, shout out to OMAR for the best service ever! I had an absolutely incredible birthday celebration and it was all thanks to our server, who went above and beyond. He surprised me with a sparkly candle for my cake such a thoughtful gesture he didn’t even have to do. Throughout the night, he was attentive to every need, offering excellent recommendations and ensuring both me and my guests felt special. I’ve visited Vidorra before, but he truly elevated the entire experience. On top of that, he wrote a heartfelt birthday blessing on my receipt. The food was fantastic, the drinks were amazing, but it was his warmth and care that made the night unforgettable. Highly recommend this spot and especially this exceptional server! We had a little issue at the beginning of dinner tonight. We made reservations for 5:30 and arrived early because of the weather. After checking in at the hostess desk, it seemed there was some confusion and our early arrival wasn’t added to the wait list correctly, as several groups that arrived after us were seated first. Thankfully, once I explained the situation to the manager, everything was handled extremely well. No place is perfect—it’s all about how a business responds when issues come up, and they absolutely made it right with professionalism and great customer service. Honestly, I’m glad we stayed because this restaurant was fantastic. The food was outstanding, the drinks were excellent, and the atmosphere created a really great dining experience. The service throughout the evening was also tremendous and made the night even better. Overall, we were extremely impressed and would highly recommend this restaurant. We’ll definitely be back again soon.
Vidorra treated our friend like royalty - it was her bday celebration. Jorge Martinez was attentive, kind, and set the vibe. Service was quick and efficient but we never felt rushed. Highly recc the bottle of Josh Pinot Noir over ice. Adorned the Pollo Vidora and Birria Tacos. Def coming for more happy hours and dinners!
I've been to the Dallas location before, but this visit was especially impressive. My server, Jorge, was amazing and provided outstanding customer service. He suggested some great menu items, and everything we ordered was delicious. I was also impressed with the atmosphere, especially with the World Cup games being shown on the big screens inside. It was nice to relax in a cool, comfortable environment while it was hot and humid outside. Between the excellent food, great service, and fun sports atmosphere, this was a fantastic experience. I'll definitely be back!

My first visit to Vidorra was absolutely amazing, and Resha T made the entire experience unforgettable! She was incredibly attentive, listened to everything we needed, and made my sister feel so special while celebrating her birthday. From the moment we sat down, she welcomed us with the biggest smile and outstanding customer service. Resha T was very knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent food recommendations that did not disappoint. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. I live in Mesquite, and I will gladly make the drive back to Grand Prairie’s Vidorra if I know Resha T is my waitress. She is the perfect example of exceptional hospitality. Thank you, Resha T, for making our visit so memorable. You turned my first experience at Vidorra into one we’ll never forget!
Our waitress Alexa was the absolute best ever. It was sooooooo packed for the World Cup game and she was awesome. She didn’t skip a beat and was beyond swamped with tables. The food was amazing the only thing I can say is the tortillas are not that great but still good. I don’t think that warrants a terrible review. You definitely need to give them a try. The atmosphere is great and presentation is great. I can go on and on. Thank you so much VIDORRA for the great experience.
